Everyone knows about the Cass Scenic Railroad and its historic steam excursion trips, but folks may not be aware of the former residents who never left! The Cass Inn, formerly the Cass funeral home, provides lodging for todays travelers and "older" residents as well.

Owner Peggy Cosner bought the Inn 25 years ago, and has been transforming it ever since. Filled with antiques, and comfortable furniture, The Cass Inn provides guests with a soft bed and possibly an other worldly experience. Peggy says there is at least one permanent, friendly spirit, and has been told by a medium, that the place is "crowded" with several others. If you're brave enough to spend a few nights in a former funeral home, The Cass Inn is the place for you!
