CSNY's 'Ohio' picked for Grammy Hall of Fame

SANTA MONICA, Calif.
A song inspired by the 1970 National Guard shootings at Kent State University is receiving special recognition from the Recording Academy.



Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's "Ohio" is one of 28 titles that will be inducted this year into the Grammy Hall of Fame, which honors recordings of lasting significance.

Other songs making the list include "For Once In My Life" by Stevie Wonder, "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Jimi Hendrix electric guitar version of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
