Eyewitness News anchorwoman Deborah Linz spoke with former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado.
Daschle is now the national co-chair of the Democratic Party.
He says he' s pleased with the way the convention is going so far.
Daschle says he's very excited about Senator Joe Biden as the vice presidential candidate. He says Biden is a perfect fit and a perfect balance to the Obama ticket.
