The Supernanny, Jo Frost has tackled many meltdown. But one of the most difficult is mealtime.

It's all about working toward the goal of a healthy lifestyle. Jo Frost/Supernanny Whether it be meatball or tacos, you can incorporate a good mental attitude toward food making sure kids get the correct vitamins and we take responsibility wit the food we serve our children. Jo points out that virtually all parents of kids under 13 think good eating habits are formed during childhood, and most say theirs are picky eaters. That's why this modern-day Mary Poppins says keeping the fruits and veggies coming, along with praise, is a good strategy. Jo Frost/Supernanny Discipline and praise go a long way. It's about encouraging our children because they all seek approval "look at me I've had another mouthful"-- give them lots of praise they want another one. With the Supernanny's advice, hopefully mealtime will be more harmonious in your house. Kids need about a cup each of fruits and veggies every day. And the Supernanny also stresses exercising as a family to deep everyone on line with a healthy attitude toward life, and lifestyles.
