Emeril's Roasted Corn and Tomato Salad

A perfect side dish to go with ribs or chicken on the grill. Emeril Lagasse is cooking on Good Morning America!
Ingredients
Directions
Combine the corn, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, parsley, lime juice, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
Makes about 3 cups.
